LAS VEGAS - September 6, 2002 - The magical production "Gleason Magic" will open on Saturday, October 5th in The Showroom at the Venetian Resort~Hotel~Casino.
"Gleason Magic" is best described as a playful thrill-ride blending elements of romance, mystery, humor and dance. "Gleason Magic" will include rapid-fire sequences that range from dark and mysterious to the hilarious and unpredictable.
Gregory and Kristi Gleason are the magic couple bringing the show to Las Vegas. Perhaps Gregory's greatest trait as a showman is his versatility. He is equally comfortable performing close-up magic just inches away from an amazed audience or joining forces with his beautiful wife Kristi to produce major spectaculars with some of the most innovative state-of-the-art illusions of our time.
Magicians Gregory and Kristi Gleason are one of the very top magic duos in the world. They have captivated audiences in more than sixty countries. Their vast list of credits includes six-month runs in both Japan and China respectively and appearances on "The Tonight Show" starring Jay Leno and the national television show "Masters of Illusion". Their new Las Vegas production will bring the art of illusion to a new level of artistry and imagination. Combining theatrical elements of music, magic, comedy, audience participation, mentalism and state-of-the-art grand illusions, the Gleason's deliver an unforgettable performance with classic style and refreshing originality.
Performances will commence on Saturday, October 5th. Show times are 6 p.m. nightly. The show will be dark on Fridays. Ticket prices will range from $49.95 to $69.95 plus tax and service. The Showroom at The Venetian is a three-story entertainment venue located within the Venetian Resort~Hotel~Casino and is in close proximity to the Sands Expo and Convention Center. The showroom features a state-of-the-art sound and lighting system coupled with a complete television production studio. It is 46,000 square foot venue, can accommodate up to 1,500 guests and includes six VIP glass enclosed skyboxes with direct view to the stage.
